The Way of the WarriorGo back four hundred years ago to feudal Japan, the pre Tokuwaga era. The time when samurai ruled under lords, daimyos, and every person was put in a social class. The late Taiko, known as Nakamura in Shogun, had changed the rules of the land in his reign. If you were born from a no, ko, or sho (peasant) family, you were a one. In being, you had no real name, and you really didn’t own your own land. You received enough koku, the money, each year to buy rice for your family.
